Full-time, Jaipur | 4-5 years
You'll work closely with the client team, build AI into their Salesforce & other technology stack, and stick around until it's live and people are using it.
Must have skills
4+ years building software, with at least 2 on Salesforce (Apex, Flows, LWC, APIs). Hands-on work with Agentforce or LLM-based apps outside Salesforce, ideally both, plus experience connecting Salesforce to other systems. Confident working directly with clients, including senior stakeholders. Willing to work with Australian, UK or US time zones and travel occasionally to client sites. Data Cloud experience, building directly with the Claude or OpenAI APIs, and Salesforce certifications are nice to have.

You'll build things with Claude that people actually use. Some will be for clients, usually sitting next to their technology setup. Some will be for us: the tools our own team uses to write proposals, prepare for discovery calls, review code and get through the day faster.
Must have skills
3+ years writing production software in Python or TypeScript, with at least one thing built on an LLM API that real people used (side projects count). A working understanding of tool use, retrieval, evals and agent patterns; building an MCP server is a plus. Comfortable with APIs, Git and deploying your own work, with clear written English for explaining what the AI did and why. Experience with Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, Skills, or Salesforce (Apex, Agentforce, Data Cloud) is nice to have.

You'll build on Salesforce — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce — and with AI tools including Claude and OpenAI. On smaller projects, you'll own delivery end to end, including client calls.

4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Exposure to Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce AI is a strong plus. Confident with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, integrations, data modelling, and governor limits. Hands-on interest in AI, with experience experimenting with tools like Claude, OpenAI, Agentforce, or LLM-powered workflows. Able to take ambiguous problems, ask the right questions, build and test practical solutions, and own delivery end to end. Comfortable explaining technical decisions clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll lead Salesforce builds where Agentforce, Data Cloud and LLMs like Claude and OpenAI are core to the solution. You’ll own architecture, technical direction, client conversations, and mentor developers on your team. Some of what you build won’t have documentation yet.
Must have skills
8 years of experience with Salesforce as a Technical Lead or Architect, with hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce. Strong in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs and integrations, with a track record of architecting scalable solutions that went live and stayed stable. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, quickly learning new AI tools, and turning them into working solutions. Experience building with Claude, OpenAI or agent frameworks outside Salesforce is a strong plus. Able to challenge when AI isn’t the right solution, make sound technical decisions, and mentor developers to raise the quality of the team’s work.
